Floodwaters in many parts of Punjab have started to go down, but the government’s relief work is still going on at full speed. Led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, the government is working non-stop to make sure help reaches every village, farmer, and livestock owner. Officials and teams are active on the ground, ensuring relief and rehabilitation work is carried out without any delay.
24x7 control rooms are active in every district. For the first time, farmer brothers are receiving direct advice from government doctors via mobile phones. Veterinary doctor teams are deployed in villages, conducting animal check-ups, providing treatment, and distributing medicines and fodder free of cost to those in need. The government has established a system to receive daily progress reports from every district. Additionally, a special monitoring team is overseeing every level to ensure that the plans are not limited to paper but have real impact on the ground. Free vaccination, Euromin lick, mineral mixture, antibiotics, and silage packs are being distributed for animals affected by the floods.
Chlorine tablets are being provided to ensure clean water. Green fodder, dry feed, and high-quality nutrition are being delivered for animals in every village of the state. Relief camps are being set up in every village of Punjab, where panchayats, NGOs, and government teams jointly provide support to livestock owners. Awareness is being raised on social media through three special videos, ensuring that no one remains uninformed. Most importantly, this relief is not limited to the 2,300 villages alone; help is reaching wherever it is needed. This is the distinction between other governments and the “Aam Aadmi Party government,” where every initiative is carried out for the welfare of farmers and the public.
All of Punjab is witnessing Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann personally taking charge. Ministers, MLAs, and officials are all actively present on the ground. The entire government is visible in action. The way services for animals are being carried out village by village, and the campaign to protect them from post-flood diseases is being implemented, clearly shows that this government is working for the welfare of the people. This is not just duty; it is a sincere effort to understand the pain of every Punjabi. It is this trust that is helping Punjab stand strong again, even stronger than before. This is the difference when the head of the government personally stands in the villages. Today, every Punjabi is saying from the heart: “This is not just a government, it is our government. It doesn’t just talk; it works. And it works on the ground.” Punjab is rising again because the government itself is leading from the front.
